Golden Oldies

You are never too old to start exercising or stop for that matter. As we get older it is very important that we keep our fitness levels as well as our muscular strength and flexibility.

By participating in a structured class we can cover all these area and also keep our minds sharp.

This class is aimed at the over 50s. The content of the class involves a bit of low impact aerobics, strength and toning with weights or bands and balance exercises.

Comfortable clothing and sensible shoes/trainers are required.

This is a fun and friendly class where as well as improving your fitness you can make new friends.
